Plant scale:Our factory was founded in 2005, dedicated to precision optical components and lenses development and production. The plant now has 1800 square meters, own production lines which manufacture window, Spherical Lens, ball lens, and Dome lens etc., we have ultra clean coating center, testing center and clean lens assembly workshop.

Production equipment:To manufacture high precision optical components, we have imported coating machine, milling machine, grinding machine, polishing machine, ultrasonic cleaning machine, cleaning table, testing instruments and other production line equipment and Trioptics lens measurement system, 0.5 seconds goniometer, AK100 digital laser interferometer, spectrophotometer testing instrument and Zygo.

Capacity:Generally the capacity of lens every year is 400-500 million pieces, the exact quantity depends on specific size and precision specification.
